Allegro vivacissimo – Elizabeth Perry

Adams and Mahler were magnificent – but I was quite swept away by Tchaikovsky with Bell, Honeck, and the orchestra. Fascinating to watch the changing shape of the space between Honeck and Bell – how fluid it was, how lyrical, how it set up a relationship radiating through the musicians around them.
