I’m on my way! – Lisa Bryington

I’m so happy to be a part of the PSO Blogs during my stint with the Pittsburgh Symphony.  As an Orchestra Management Fellow with the American Symphony Orchestra League, I’m very excited to round out my year with my fourth and final assignment in Pittsburgh.

I started my Fellowship year as the manager of the American Academy of Conducting Orchestra at the Aspen Music Festival and School.  I then made my way to Michigan where I spent the Fall with the Grand Rapids Symphony.  Right now, I am enjoying my last few days with the Spokane Symphony in snowy Washington.  I leave Spokane on Saturday, and by means of planes, trains, and automobiles (well, not trains), I’ll make my way to "the ‘Burgh."  I just hope the weather cooperates!

I’m really looking forward to my time in Pittsburgh, and I hope I’ll be able to bring a unique perspective to the PSO Blogs.
